Slow Flow is a relaxed-pace vinyasa class focusing on smooth transitions and longer holds. You‘ll be guided mindfully through a combination of grounded postures and asanas (poses) that require strength and balance. This deliberate practice builds a stronger, more flexible body while cultivating balance and calm.

A 4-week, 4-part introductory series of 90 minute classes that will teach you the basic fundamentals of yoga poses and practice. This class truly starts at the very beginning. From Prop use to basic poses, we will teach body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. This class is designed for the brand new student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics or refine your practice.

While all yoga is functional at it's core, this transformative class will retain the joys of yoga while integrating somatic movement (yoga, qigong, pilates, etc.), as well as physiology, neuroscience and energy (chakras, meridians, grounding).
Develop stability, strength and mobility using various movement modalities, and tools such as balls and belts. By drawing on multiple methodologies we will practice for improved muscle strength, balance, agility, metabolism and proprioception while sharpening our mind body connection.
