
While all yoga is functional at it's core, this transformative class will retain the joys of yoga while integrating somatic movement (yoga, qigong, pilates, etc.), as well as physiology, neuroscience and energy (chakras, meridians, grounding).
Develop stability, strength and mobility using various movement modalities, and tools such as balls and belts. By drawing on multiple methodologies we will practice for improved muscle strength, balance, agility, metabolism and proprioception while sharpening our mind body connection.
