Good Vibes is an evolving class that explores, and incorporates elements across various styles. It’s designed to be adaptable to a wide range of students, from beginners to more seasoned practitioners.

Richly infused with both challenges and rest, classes will often have a different theme to inspire you both on and off the mat. Modifications and options are offered to support as needed, as well as opportunities and variations for more experienced practitioners to deepen their practice.
