
A 4-week, 4-part introductory series of 90 minute classes that will teach you the basic fundamentals of yoga poses and practice. This class truly starts at the very beginning. From Prop use to basic poses, we will teach body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. This class is designed for the brand new student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics or refine your practice.
